Everything you need to know about the Trio 3-in-1, delivery and returns.
From what age can the stroller be used?
From birth with the bassinet, then in stroller mode into the toddler years (maximum load 20 kg).
Is the car seat included?
Yes. The Trio 3-in-1 comes with the bassinet, the stroller seat and the car seat with its adapters.
Is it easy to fold?
Yes: just pull the handle up. Once folded, it stands on its own and fits in a car boot.
What’s in the box?
Frame and seat, bassinet, car seat with adapters, changing bag, cup holder, rain cover, mosquito net and summer mattress.
What are the dimensions and the maximum load?
Unfolded, the stroller measures approximately 100 × 84 × 100 cm. The maximum load is 20 kg.
Which colours are available?
Four colours: Black & Gold, Sand, Pearl Grey & Gold and Midnight Black.
Can I go running with it?
No, the stroller is not designed for jogging or skating.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is processed in 1 to 2 working days, then usually delivered 4 to 7 working days after shipping, from our European warehouse.
Do I have to pay for delivery?
No, delivery is free on all orders to Belgium, France and the European Union.
How can I track my parcel?
As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, report it to the carrier and send us photos within 48 hours: we will arrange a free replacement.
Are there any customs fees?
No, there are no customs fees for deliveries within the European Union.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, without giving a reason. Email us at backend.am24@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions. All the details are on our Returns & refunds page.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or we made a mistake.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received and checked the returned product, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.
What warranty applies?
All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity. If your item arrives damaged or has a defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos: we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are shown in euros, VAT included.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, as soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email summarising your order.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Transactions are secured by our payment provider: we never have access to your bank details.
