1. Seller

2. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern all sales concluded on the Alvëa website between the seller and any consumer. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are described on their product pages. Photographs are as accurate as possible but are not contractually binding regarding color nuances. Offers are valid while stocks last.
4. Price
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT included). Delivery is free to the destinations indicated on the Delivery page. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Order
The sale is concluded when the customer confirms their payment. A confirmation email summarizing the order is then sent. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a payment dispute or a manifest pricing error; the customer will then be fully refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is made online via the methods offered during checkout. Transactions are secured by the payment service provider; the seller never has access to the customer's bank details.
7. Delivery
Indicative delivery times are shown on the Delivery page. Transfer of risk occurs at the moment the customer, or a third party designated by them, physically takes possession of the product. In the event of a significant delay, the customer may cancel their order and be refunded.
8. Right of withdrawal
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw, without having to justify their decision or pay any penalty. It is sufficient to send us a clear statement (e.g., by email) before the expiration of this period, and then return the product within 14 days of this statement. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund, including initial delivery costs, will be processed within 14 days of receiving the statement; it may be deferred until receipt of the product or proof of its dispatch. The customer's liability may be incurred in the event of depreciation of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and proper functioning.
9. Warranties
All products are covered by the two-year legal warranty of conformity provided for by the Belgian Civil Code, starting from delivery. In case of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to the repair or replacement of the product, or failing that, a price reduction or rescission of the sale. The customer must inform the seller of the defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.
10. Use of products
The customer agrees to comply with the safety and usage instructions provided with the product. The seller cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from non-compliant use.
11. Personal data
Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
12. Complaints and disputes
Any complaint can be sent to backend.am24@gmail.com. Failing an amicable solution, the customer may contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (mediationconsommateur.be). These terms are subject to Belgian law, without depriving the consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
